Holy

"Do not come any closer, take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." Exodus 3:5

"I am the LORD, who brought you up out of Egypt to be your God; therefore be holy, because I am holy." Leviticus 11:45

God has established that He is holy and He is calling us be holy as well. We are His children and we are to be set apart in this world.

What are we watching?

What are we listening to?

What are we saying? What are we allowing in our lives that is compromising our holiness?

Don't be foolish and think that you can participate in the world's activities and it won't affect you because it will. Just as you reap what you sow in the positive sense, you reap what you sow in the negative as well.

Be holy.

Tune into God's frequency.

Don't understand why you haven't heard from Him lately? Because He is not found in the world's frequency, he speaks to his people who are tuning their ear to hear and part of tuning your ear is to live a holy life and to know His word and seek out revelation, not just knowledge, about who God is.

We are His ambassadors here on earth. Are we representing a holy God with our lives? When our friends look at us would they recognize that we serve a holy God?

If we were arrested for being Christians would there even be enough proof to convict us?

God desires to sanctify us and He does that with our cooperation and willingness to be set apart for Him and His glory.
